Claims

[1] In an eye patch made of a sheet of paper, the eye patch 10 is sized to cover an eyelid, the part under the eye and the part beside the eye, wherein the eye patch 10 is partitioned to a massaging portion for the eyelid 12, a massaging portion for the part under the eye 13 and a massaging portion for the part beside the eye 14 by a partition line 11 and each massaging portion 12, 13 or 14 contains respective massaging lotion for different effect for the corresponding part to massage.

Description:

Description EYE PATCH

Technical Field

[1] The present invention relates to an eye patch, more particularly, to an eye patch capable to massage the circumference of eyes where secretion of sebum is less than other parts of face simultaneously with a patch, which contains variable massage lotions showing different effect with respect to variable parts of skin round the eye for example, an eyelid, the part under the eyes and the part beside the eyes, so that inconvenience in massaging the circumference of eyes can be reduced, time required for massaging the circumference of eyes can be shorten and effect of massage can be heighten. Background Art

[2] Because secretion of sebum in the circumference of eyes is less than in other parts of face, the circumference of eyes easily gets thicker to loss clarity when it is exposed under ultraviolet rays so that metabolism of the skin gets worse remarkably and the circulation of blood gets worse as well.

[3] If metabolism of the skin round eyes gets worse remarkably, the circumference of the eyes becomes crumbly, drooping in the eyelid and parts under the eyes becomes occurred and fine wrinkles round the eyes becomes occurred.

[4] Skin care was performed in variable ways to solve the above mentioned problems.

[5] As an example, a skin massage round the eyes was performed with a massage cream. However, pollution in the skin or the massage cream can be occurred in skin- massaging with the massage cream when hands cannot be kept clean, because the massage cream was applied by hands and the skin was massaged by the hands directly.

[6] As another example, a massage pack was used to solve problems in skin-massaging with the massage cream.

[7] The massage pack is a sheet of paper which is made of the absorptive material and contains massage lotion. The massage pack seemed to solve problems in skin- massaging with the massage cream. However, the massage pack was shaped to cover the whole of the face. So it was inappropriate for massaging the circumference of the eyes, which acts sensitively to external environments among parts of face, collectively and effectively, because the massage pack cannot be contacted closely round the eyes.

[8] The patch was developed to massage the circumference of the eyes effectively.

Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem

[9] Although the patch can massage the circumference of eyes, there was in-

convenience to use variable patches for each of eyelid, part under the eyes and part beside the eyes. More ever, the size of each patch was so big that patches were overlapped when the eyelid, the part under the eyes and the part beside the eyes were massaged simultaneously. Thus, the massage of the circumference of the eyes must be performed one by one, so that there was a problem that required time got longer. Technical Solution

[10] An object of the present invention is to provide an eye patch capable to reduce drooping of the skin and fine wrinkles round the eyes due to the reduced metabolism and to keep the skin healthy.

[11] Another object of the present invention is to provide an eye patch capable to massage the circumference of the eyes simultaneously and to shorten required time for massage so that wants of consumer can be satisfied.

Advantageous Effects

[12] An eye patch according to the present invention can reduce drooping of the skin and fine wrinkles round the eyes due to the reduced metabolism and keep the skin healthy. [13] An eye patch according to the present invention can massage circumference of eyes simultaneously and shorten required time so that wants of consumer can be satisfied.

Brief Description of the Drawings [14] The above and other features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by describing in detail preferred embodiments thereof with reference to the attached drawings in which: [15] Fig. 1 is an exemplary view of an eye patch according to the present invention being packed by a wrapper;

[16] Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the eye patch according to the present invention; and

[17] Fig. 3 is an exemplary view showing the state that the circumference of the eyes is massaged with the eye patch according to the present invention. [18] *Brief description of numerals in drawings *

[20] 12...massaging portion for the eyelid 13...massaging portion for the part under the eye [21] 14...massaging portion for the part beside the eye

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention [22] An eye patch According to the present invention is made of a sheet of paper, which is harmless to a body for example, a pulp or a fabric. [23] More ever the eye patch according to the present invention is sized to cover an eyelid, the part under the eye and the part beside the eye altogether. [24] The eye patch includes;

[25] a massaging portion for the eyelid 12;

[26] a massaging portion for the part under the eye 13; and

[27] a massaging portion for the part beside the eye 14.

[28] wherein, each part is partitioned by a partition line and contains different massage lotion showing different effect. Mode for the Invention

[29] Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the like elements throughout. The embodiments are described below to explain the present invention by referring to the figures. For the sake of clearness and concision, technology related to the present invention that is not novel and is well known in the art to which present invention pertains will not be described herein.

[30] As shown in Fig. 1 through Fig. 3, the eye patch according to the present invention is made of a sheet of paper which is harmless for example, a pulp or a fabric.

[31] The patch 10 is formed to have appropriate size and shape to cover the circumference of the eyes for example an eyelid, the part under the eyes and the part beside the eyes altogether.

[32] The patch 10 is partitioned by a partition line 11 so as to massage the eyelid, the part under the eyes and the part beside the eyes, respectively.

[33] The portion line 11 is formed by pressing or ink-printing of synthetic resins. A massaging portion for the eyelid 12 with a shape of an eyelid, a massaging portion for the part under the eye 13 with a shape which is appropriate to the part under the eye and a massaging portion for the part beside the eye 14 with a shape which is appropriate to the part beside the eye are partitioned by the partition line 11.

[34] The massaging portion for the eyelid 12 contains a massaging lotion which is appropriate to prevent the eyelid from drooping, the massaging portion for the part under the eye 13 contains an massaging lotion which is appropriate to prevent the part under the eye from being drooped and to eliminate dark-circles, and the massaging portion for the part beside of the eye 14 contains a massaging lotion which is appropriate to restrain or prevent fine wrinkles from being occurred.

[35] When the circumference of the eye is massaged with the eye patch 10 according to the present invention, the eye patch 10 is pulled out by discovering the wrapper 20.

[36] The discovered eye patch 10 is contacted to the circumference of the eye for skin- massaging.

[37] When the eye patch 10 is contacted to the circumference of the eye, the massaging portion for the eyelid 12 is located over the eyelid, the massaging portion for the part

under the eye 13 is located over the part under the eye and the massaging portion for the part beside the eye 14 is located to the part beside the eye, as shown in Fig. 2, while eyes are closed slightly. [38] Because the eye patch 10 according to the present invention is shaped to correspond to the circumference of the eye, it can be contacted to the circumference of the eye naturally. [39] After the eye patch 10 is located appropriately, each massaging portion 12, 13 or 14 is tapped by hands so that massaging lotions contained in the eye patch 10 are discharged. Thereby, massage of the eye can be done effectively with massaging lotions smuggled to the skin.

Industrial Applicability [40] An eye patch according to the present invention can reduce drooping of the skin and fine wrinkles round the eyes due to the reduced metabolism and keep the skin healthy.
