Abstract:
A fabrication method for a viscoelastic body high-damping sound insulation coating having built-in inorganic shock absorption particles. The coating thickness of the viscoelastic body high-damping sound insulation coating having the built-in inorganic shock absorption particles is 2.5 mm-3 mm, and the coating is composed of three functional components which respectively are: a thermoplastic polyolefin material composite silica gel matrix layer having a large number of pores and holes; a functional filler that uses magnesium hydroxide and tea polyphenols to enhancing heat resistance for a main body and that is formed by activated carbon and metal oxides and may vibrate along with sound waves and then damp friction with the coating matrix; and a continuous paraffin filler layer on the surface. The coating layer formed by the coating has a viscoelastic and waterproof body, has built-in shock absorption particles, has good internal and external bonding, is thin, has wall surface bonding and is odorless.
