Abstract:
A face recognition method and apparatus, the method comprising: acquiring a user face image (S101); detecting key point coordinates of the face image and correcting the face image using the detected key point coordinates (S102); recalculating the key point coordinates of the corrected face image and extracting a user face feature according to the recalculated key point coordinates (S103); and performing face verification using the face feature and the recalculated key point coordinates (S104). By means of detecting key point coordinates of a face image, correcting the face image by means of the key point coordinates, extracting a user face feature from the corrected face image, and finally performing face verification, precision and accuracy of face recognition are improved.
