Abstract:
A facing material excellent in surface properties such as scuff and stain resistances and environmental adaptability. The material comprises a base material (1) comprising a thermoplastic resin, a heat-sensitive adhesive layer (2) provided on one side of the base material (1), and, formed on the adhesive layer (2), a resin layer (3) comprising an ethylene-'alpha','beta'-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer partially or completely neutralized with metal ions.
