Abstract:
A fastener drive and control mechanism (40) and a fastener gun (10). The fastener drive and control mechanism comprises a driving assembly and a control assembly, wherein the driving assembly has a piston (41), at least one force supply spring (42) and a driving electric motor (44); the control assembly has a main switch (46) and a safety switch (47); the main switch (46) and the safety switch (47) are electrically connected to the driving electric motor (44), and when both a main switch (46) element and a safety switch (47) element generate electrical signals, the driving electric motor (44) operates; a pushing portion comprises a push sheet (4711), a push rod (4712) and a push sheet seat (4713), and is internally provided with a push-sheet reset spring (47114); and one end of the push sheet (4711) abuts against the push-sheet reset spring (47114), and the other end thereof extends out of the push sheet seat (4713) to be linked with the push rod (4712). A pushing component (43) is provided, and the pushing component (43) directly matches the piston (41) and is configured to push the piston (41) to move towards the force supply spring (42), so that the force supply spring (42) is compressed for energy storage; and the pushing component (43) is not in direct contact with a striker pin (49), so that influence on the movement of the piston (41) caused by the contact with the striker pin (49) is avoided, thereby achieving a smoother and stabler whole energy storage process.
