Provided are a piston drive assembly, a drive control mechanism (40), and a nail gun (10). The piston drive assembly comprises a pushing member (43) used for pushing a piston (41) to move; a drive motor (44) used for driving the pushing member (43) to rotate; and a unidirectional rotating member (45) mounted on an output end (443) of the drive motor (44). The unidirectional rotating member (45) comprises a ratchet (451) sleeved on the output end (443) and having a plurality of ratchet teeth (4511); a pawl (452) provided on the side edge of the ratchet (451) and inserted into the ratchet teeth (4511) to cooperate with same to enable the ratchet (451) to rotate unidirectionally; and an elastic member with one end mounted on the drive motor (44) and the other end abutted against the pawl (452). The unidirectional rotating member (45) is provided between the drive motor (44) and the pushing member (43), such that the pushing member (43) can only push the piston (41) in one direction, and the piston (41) can be well prevented from being pushed out by a force supplying spring (42) during movement, thereby ensuring a driving force of nails.
