A Fe-Al-based metal porous film and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the following steps: adding Fe-Al-based metal powder and metal fiber powder into a water-based solution in which an organic additive is added, and mixing the powder into slurry; casting the slurry by a casting machine, and carrying out casting on a metal base layer to form a film blank and drying same; and carrying out organic matter removal and high-temperature sintering on the dried film blank in a sintering furnace, and carrying out reaction synthesis at a predetermined temperature, so as to produce the Fe-Al-based metal porous film without the organic additive and having a uniform pore structure. The Fe-Al-based metal porous film comprises the sintered metal base layer (1), and a sintered mixed film layer (2) of the Fe-Al-based metal powder and the metal fiber powder, wherein the sintered mixed film layer (2) of the Fe-Al metal powder and the metal fiber powder is located on the sintered metal base layer (1).
