Abstract:
An Fe-Al-series metal film and a preparation method therefor, the method comprising the following steps: stirring and defoaming an Fe-Al-series metal powder and a water-based solvent to which an organic additive is added so as to obtain a tape casting slurry; tape casting a metal base layer having a desired thickness on a tape casting machine to obtain a uniform film layer, and drying same to obtain a film blank; and subjecting the dried film blank to degreasing, sintering and alloy phase ordering treatment, respectively, in a sintering furnace to prepare an Fe-Al-series metal film. The degreasing treatment refers to treatment for removing the organic additive. The Fe-Al-series metal film comprises a sintered Fe-Al metal powder film layer (1) and a sintered metal base layer (2), and the sintered Fe-Al metal powder film layer (1) is located above the sintered metal base layer (2).
