Abstract:
A feed device for a high-efficiency, environmentally friendly conveyor. The feed device for a high-efficiency, environmentally friendly conveyor comprises a hollow circular frustum and a feed mechanism. Fixed plates are fixedly mounted on two side walls near to the top of the hollow circular frustum, and screw-threaded through holes are provided in the fixed plates. A sleeve is mounted on the hollow circular frustum, and a plurality of annularly arranged discharge holes are provided in side walls near to the bottom of the hollow circular frustum. The feed mechanism is connected to the sleeve by means of a connection frame, and the feed mechanism comprises a feed hopper, a sliding tube, and a flow splitting ball. The sliding tube is vertically arranged, and fixedly mounted at the bottom of the feed hopper, and the bottom of the sliding tube passes through the sleeve and extends into the hollow circular frustum. The flow splitting ball is fixedly connected to an extension end opening of the sliding tube by means of a connection piece. The feed device for a high-efficiency, environmentally friendly conveyor of the present invention features the strengths of uniform feeding and a reduced amplitude of vibrations produced by feeding.
