Abstract:
This feedback amplifier (1) comprises: an amplification transistor (T) with a grounded source terminal; a first feedback circuit (FB1) that provides negative feedback between a gate terminal and a drain terminal of the amplification transistor (T); a second feedback circuit (FB2) that provides positive feedback between the gate terminal and the drain terminal via the first feedback circuit (FB1); and a third feedback circuit (FB3) for adjusting the stability coefficient of the feedback amplifier (1) in a high-frequency range outside the used frequency band.
