Abstract:
This operation inspection device is provided with: an image processing unit which determines the position of a luminance change point group, which is a set of luminance change points of which the amount of change in luminance relative to a periphery in image data is more than or equal to a prescribed value, for each of a plurality of image data items; a calculation unit which, on the basis of the position of the luminance change point group for each of the plurality of image data items, calculates an actual transfer amount of a carrier tape actually transferred in a transfer process; and a determination unit which, on the basis of a designated transfer amount for the transfer process and the actual transfer amount, determines whether the operation of a feeder in the transfer process is normal.
