Abstract:
The present invention provides a feeding machine capable of stabilizing a flow, comprising a stirring chamber, a feeding chamber, a driving device and a gas flow-assisting device. An opening for receiving powder is provided at the top of the stirring chamber; and a stirring device capable of rotating around a vertical axis is provided inside the stirring chamber. A feed port in communication with the bottom of the stirring chamber is provided at the top of the feeding chamber, a discharge port staggered with the feed port is provided at the bottom of the feeding chamber; and a feeding impeller capable of rotating around a vertical axis is provided inside the feeding chamber. The driving device is used for driving the stirring device and the feeding impeller to rotate. The gas flow-assisting device is provided with a flow-assisting gas passage provided in the top wall of the feeding chamber and is in gas communication with the feeding chamber, and the flow-assisting gas passage is used for generating, from the upper side of the discharge port, a flow-assisting gas which flows outward via the discharge port. According to the present invention, the stirring device keeps the powder flowing so as to avoid a blind space generated by accumulation; the flow-assisting gas generated by the gas flow-assisting device can overcome a back-blowing effect of a delivery gas flow of a downstream delivery device, so that the powder flows stably and evenly, reducing the fluctuation of feeding, and allowing for accurate measurement of a delivery amount.
