Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a ferrite core fixing structure comprises: a step of preparing a ferrite core; a step of preparing a bobbin which is a tubular member formed in an end portion on one side thereof with an opening portion for inserting the ferrite core, and having an end portion on another side being at least partially closed, the bobbin being longer in an axial direction than the ferrite core; a step of inserting the ferrite core into the bobbin via the opening portion; and a step of fixing the ferrite core in the bobbin by heating and softening the end portion of the bobbin on one side, and pressing the end portion in the axial direction and welding the same using a pressing mold.
