Abstract:
The present specification relates to a fiber for radiation-shielding functional clothing, and a manufacturing method therefor, and the fiber having a radiation-shielding ability and being harmless to the human body, thereby effectively protecting the body from radiation. In addition, since a radiation-shielding material is included on the inside, and not the outside, of the filament, the fiber exhibits high strength while having flexibility, breathability and lightness that are similar to those of a normal fiber, and thus is combined with additional elements such as zippers, hooks and rubber so as to be used in the manufacturing of various forms of radiation-protective functional clothing such as underwear, jackets or scarves.
