Abstract:
A fiber strand conveying mechanism of a ring spinning frame, comprising: a roller seat (31), and a top weighting arm (9) hingedly connected to the roller seat. A rear roller (32), a middle roller (3), and a front roller (1) are successively and movably provided on the roller seat (31) along a yarn outlet direction; a rear rubber-covered roller (35), a middle rubber-covered roller (4), and a front rubber-covered roller (30) are successively and movably provided on the top weighting arm (9) along the yarn outlet direction; a lower pin (2) is provided on the roller seat between the middle roller (3) and the front roller (1); an arc-shaped surface is formed in the middle of the upper surface of the lower pin (2); an upper pin cover plate assembly is disposed above the lower pin (2); the upper pin cover plate assembly comprises: upper pin cover plates (6) of which arc-shaped surfaces match the arc-shaped surface of the lower pin (2), annular conveyor belts (7), a cover plate supporting member (13), and a tension member; the annular conveyor belts (7) are sleeved on the outer surface of the upper pin cover plates (6) and of the middle rubber-covered roller (4); a downward elastic compression mechanism is provided on the head portion of each upper pin cover plate (6) close to the front rubber-covered roller (30), such that a pulling force generated by rotation of each annular conveyor belt (7) and a lifting force of a tension spring (8) and a tension block (5) to the head portion of each upper pin cover plate (6) can be cancelled, and stable gaps can be formed among the upper cover plates (6), the annular conveyor belts (7), and the lower pin (2), and thus the quality of yarns is stable and drafting faults are reduced.
