Abstract:
A fiber strand conveying mechanism of a spinning machine, comprising a roller pier (31) and a rocking frame (9) hingedly connected to the roller pier (31). A middle roller (3) and a front roller (1) are sequentially and movably arranged on the roller pier (31) in the yarn outlet direction. A middle roller rubber-covered roll (4) and a front roller rubber-covered roll (30) are sequentially and movably arranged on the rocking frame (9) in the yarn outlet direction. A lower pin (2) is provided on the roller pier (31) between the middle roller (3) and the front roller (1), an arc-shaped surface is provided in the middle of the upper surface of the lower pin (2), and an upper pin cover plate assembly (51) is provided above the lower pin (2). The upper pin cover plate assembly (51) comprises an upper pin cover plate (6) having an arc-shaped surface matching the arc-shaped surface of the lower pin (2) in a concave-convex mode, an annular conveying belt (7) and a tensioning member. The annular conveying belt (7) is sleeved on the upper pin cover plate (6) and the outer surface of the middle roller rubber-covered roll (4), and the upper pin cover plate (6) is connected to a cover plate support (13) by means of a universal joint mechanism. In this way, the space position between the upper pin cover plate (6) and the cover plate support (13) is conveniently adjusted, and the position relationship between the upper pin cover plate (6) and the lower pin (2) and the position relationship between the cover plate support (13) and the rocking frame (9) can be conveniently adjusted.
