Title:
FIBRILLATION AID FOR HYDROPHOBIZED CELLULOSE-BASED FIBERS, MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR RESIN COMPOSITION USING SAME, AND MOLDED ARTICLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/163873
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This fibrillation aid is for fibrillating a hydrophobized cellulose-based fiber assembly in which the hydrogen atom of some of the hydroxyl groups of the cellulose-based fiber is substituted with an acyl group represented by general formula (A) Ra-CO- (in the formula, Ra indicates a C1-4 alkyl group, or a phenyl group that may have an electron-releasing substituent), or with an optionally substituted alkyl group represented by general formula (B) Rb- (in the formula, Rb indicates a C1-4 alkyl group, a 2-hydroxyethyl group, a 2-hydroxypropyl group, a 2-cyanoethyl group, or an allyl group). The principal constituent of the fibrillation aid is an amide compound represented by general formula (1) R1-CO-N(R2)-R3 (In the formula: R1 and R3, which may be the same or different, each indicate a hydrogen atom or a C1-4 alkyl group, or R1 and R3 together indicate a C3-11 alkylene group; and R2 indicates a hydrogen atom, a C1-3 alkyl group, or a C2-4 acyl group.).
