Abstract:

Fibrous nano self−assemblies consisting of o−glycoside glycolipids each having a structure represented by the following general formula: wherein G represents glycosyl&semi and R represents C₁₂₋₁₈ hydrocarbyl&semi characterized in that the o−glycoside glycolipids comprise an o−glycoside glycolipid mixture which contains at least two o−glycoside glycolipids having different structures and in which the content of the major two o−glycoside glycolipids amounts to 80% by weight or more in the o−glycoside glycolipids, or o−glycoside glycolipids having a single structure.
