Abstract:
A recording medium comprising a plurality of recording layers that are stacked on each other, which records management data requiring data reliability at a recording layer far from the surface of the recording medium and records the main data at a recording layer close to the surface to thereby allow a data file to be read even when there are fingerprints, damage, and other defects on the surface of the recording medium.
