Abstract:
The invention relates to a filter device and a method for cleaning a process gas, in particular for a laser sintering or laser melting system, having: a filter head (12) to which a filter (14) can be attached, the filter head (12) comprising a housing (17) which has an untreated gas connection (16), for supplying a contaminated process gas, and a clean gas connection (18), for discharging a cleaned process gas; and a connection interface (21) for the filter (14), said interface being provided on the housing (17) between the untreated gas connection (16) and the clean gas connection (18); and a connection (23), provided between the untreated gas connection (16) and the connection interface (21), for supplying a wetting medium.
