Abstract:
A filter device for use in a chemical pump, the filter device comprising a box body (1), wherein a connection plate (2) is welded on an outer wall of the top of the box body (1); a top sealing plate (3) is arranged on an outer wall of the top of the connection plate (2), and the top sealing plate (3) is fixedly connected to the connection plate (2) by means of a bolt; a baffle plate (4) is welded on an inner wall of the box body (1); a liquid intake pipe (5) is welded on an outer wall of one side of the box body (1), and the liquid intake pipe (5) is located above the baffle plate (4); a first filter plate (6) and a second filter plate (7) are fixedly mounted on an inner wall of the box body (1) by means of a bolt, and the second filter plate (7) is located directly above the first filter plate (6); and a liquid output pipe (8) is welded on an outer wall of one side of the box body (1) that is away from the liquid intake pipe (5), and the liquid output pipe (8) is located above the second filter plate (7).
