Abstract:
An insulating layer (160) has an opening (161) in a part covering an electrically conductive layer (120). A through-conductor (170) includes an inserted portion (171) positioned on the inside of the opening (161), and a shoulder portion (173) positioned over a virtual boundary surface (B) with the inserted portion (171) when viewed from a direction parallel to a major surface (101). The opening (161) when viewed from a direction orthogonal to the major surface (101) is positioned alternately between the outside and inside of an edge (173e) of the shoulder portion (173) in the circumference direction of the shoulder portion (173). When viewed from a direction orthogonal to the major surface (101), a gap between a part of the opening (161) positioned outside the edge (173e) of the shoulder portion (173) and the inserted portion (171) is filled with a part of a support (140).
