The present invention provides a filter for eyesight correction and an eyesight correction method using the same, the eyesight correction method comprising the steps of: preparing a filter for eyesight correction; testing an examinee's eyesight and then making the examinee wear a corrective lens so as to correct the eyesight of each eye of the examinee to 1.0; placing the filter for eyesight correction on the front of the corrective lens to lower the eyesight of each eye of the examinee to 0.15 to 0.35; showing an eye chart of 0.15 to 0.35 to the examinee having the lowered eyesight of each eye; replacing the corrective lens so that the examinee can clearly see the eye chart of 0.15 to 0.35 with each eye; and removing the filter for eyesight correction, which is arranged on the front of the corrective lens. The above-described filter for eyesight correction and eyesight correction method using the same can reduce the tension of the examinee's eyes by lowering a reference eyesight of 1.0, which has been initially corrected from the eyesight of each eye through the corrective lens, to 0.15-0.35 by a plus (+) lens of the filter for eyesight correction, and then correct the eyesight through the re-measurement of the examinee's eyesight, thereby preventing the occurrence of eye fatigue even when the lens is worn for a long time.
