Abstract:
Provided is a finger tendon sheath brace capable of adjusting fixing pressure, comprising: a brace fixing plate (1), a pressurizing screw (41), a pressurizing plate (3), a pressure-adjustable push rod, and a spring (42). The brace fixing plate (1) is configured as a fixing structure for accommodating a finger to allow the finger to reach therein, and the middle of the brace fixing plate is provided with a threaded opening in a vertical direction perpendicular to the finger. The pressurizing screw (41) is embedded in the opening of the brace fixing plate (1) by means of a thread, so that the tail end of the pressurizing screw is slightly higher than the brace fixing plate (1), and the head end of the pressurizing screw penetrates through the brace fixing plate (1) and enters a cavity for accommodating the finger. The pressurizing plate (3) is connected to the head end of a pressure-adjustable push rod inner sleeve (43). The spring (42) is arranged in the pressurizing screw (41) and is configured for adjusting the pressure applied to the pressurizing plate (3) by the pressurizing screw (41) to fix the tendon sheath. A kit for connecting a plurality of braces in parallel to play a synergistic fixing role is further comprised. The brace can effectively fix the position of the tendon sheath, adjust the pressure around the tendon sheath, and simulate the physiological environment of a normal tendon sheath, thereby accelerating healing and recovery of the tendon sheath and muscle tendon. The brace is easy to use and has a wide application range.
