Abstract:
A part of the embodiments of the present application discloses a fingerprint module and mobile terminal. The fingerprint module comprises a fingerprint identification chip, a flexible circuit board, and a pressure detection unit, wherein the pressure detection unit comprises a rigid substrate and a pressure detection circuit formed on the rigid substrate; the fingerprint identification chip and the pressure detection unit are respectively provided on two opposing surfaces of the flexible circuit board, and are respectively and electrically connected to the flexible circuit board. In an embodiment of the present application, the pressure detection circuit is directly formed on the rigid substrate, and the rigid substrate provided with the pressure detection circuit is used to replace a reinforced steel plate and flexible circuit board used to form a pressure sensor in the prior art; the manner of design can be used to guarantee the implementation of the pressure detection function and is advantageous in reducing the overall thickness of the fingerprint module, thus reducing the influence of the fingerprint module on the thickness of the whole device.
