Abstract:
Provided are a fingerprint recognition sensor, a fingerprint recognition method, and an electronic apparatus. The fingerprint recognition sensor comprises: a substrate (100); a fingerprint sensing device (200) provided at the substrate and comprising a thin-film transistor, an off-state leakage current of the thin-film transistor changing with a change in an intensity of light emitted to an active region of the thin-film transistor; and a fingerprint recognition light source (300) configured to emit light transmitted to and reflected by a finger, the reflected light irradiating the active region of the thin-film transistor. The present invention can conveniently realize recognition of a fingerprint. The fingerprint recognition sensor has at least one of the advantages such as a high sensitivity and a simple structure.
