Abstract:
A problem which the present invention is intended to address is to provide a fire sensing device of an automated fire notification system, and an automated fire notification system comprising said fire sensing device, which are capable of avoiding instances of a base unit failing to recognize a fire notification. In a fire sensing device (1) according to the present invention, a transmission part (101) is electrically connected to a pair of wires (51, 52) whereupon a voltage is imparted, and transmits a fire notification and a linking notification. A voltage detection part (3) detects a voltage (V5) between the pair of wires (51, 52). A control part (4) controls the transmission part (101). The transmission part (101) draws in the current which flows through the pair of wires (51, 52), makes the voltage (V5) between the pair of wires (51, 52) greater than or equal to a second reference voltage and less than or equal to a first reference voltage, and transmits the fire notification. The transmission part (101) makes the voltage (V5) between the pair of wires (51, 52) less than the second reference voltage and transmits the linking notification. On the basis of the result of the detection by the voltage detection part (3), the control part (4) prevents the fire notification from being transmitted from the transmission part (101) if the voltage (V5) between the pair of wires (51, 52) is less than or equal to the first reference voltage.
