Provided are a fitting tool that has good molding properties and is not prone to contraction or deformation due to heat, and a fitting tool-equipped bag body in which the fitting tool is used. The present invention is a fitting tool (1) comprising a male-side fitting member (10) in which a male-side fitting part (12) is provided along a longitudinal direction on a surface (11a) of a belt-shaped first substrate (11), and a female-side fitting member (20) in which a female-side fitting part (22) is provided along the longitudinal direction on a surface (21a) of a belt-shaped second substrate (21), the male-side fitting part (12) and the female-side fitting part (22) being detachably fitted together, wherein results of heat shrinkage stress measurement using a thermomechanical analysis device (TMA device) indicate that (1) the temperature TA of a stress increase starting point (A) is 70-140°C, (2) the load LB at a maximum stress point (B) is 1-200 mN, and (3) the numerical value of the slope between (A) and (B) is 0.1-10.
