Abstract:
A fixed hook rack assembly for a tile roof solar cell assembly comprises a base (1), a guide rail mounting rack (2), tightening screws (3), and a guide rail connecting limit block (4). A fixed connecting edge (11) and a clamping edge (12) of the base (1) are disposed in an L shape. A waist-shaped hole (13) is formed in the fixed connecting edge (11); the guide rail mounting rack (2) comprises a connecting vertical edge (21), a horizontal edge (22) and a guide rail mounting edge (23). The connecting vertical edge (21) and the guide rail mounting edge (23) are respectively and vertically disposed on two ends of the horizontal edge (22). A connecting threaded hole (24) is formed in the connecting vertical edge (21); anti-deformation support edges (25) are disposed on the guide rail mounting edge (23) and a horizontal edge extension section (28). A guide rail mounting groove hole (26) and a load bearing edge (27) are disposed on the upper section of the guide rail mounting edge (23). The fixed connecting edge (11) and the connecting vertical edge (21) are fixedly connected. A mounting groove opening is formed between the clamping edge (12) of the base (1) and the horizontal edge (22) of the guide rail mounting rack (2). A construction party does not need to replace original tile placement rods, does not also need to remove all ceramic tiles, and does not need to prepare integral hook racks of different specifications; and accordingly the fixed hook rack assembly is applicable to mounting of the ceramic tiles and tile placement rods of different specifications, has a strong bearing capability, is convenient to mount, and is stable and reliable in clamping.
