Abstract:
A fixing device for tubes and cords and a locking device for the fixing device. The fixing device (1) comprises a loop (R) formed of a tube (2) with elasticity and a clasp (3) fitted to the loop (R). The loop (R) is folded into two parts with tubes and cords held to cross the loop surface of the loop (R), and the looped portion with the clasp (3) is passed through the opening of the loop part on the opposite side and pulled out on the outside of the tubes and cords. Since the loop (R) is tied to the tubes and cords in a closely fitted state and the locking part (7) of the clasp (3) is locked to a locking device detachably mounted at a specified position, the tubes and cords can be fixed.
