Abstract:
Provided is a fixing device capable of reducing an excessive difference between the amount of a fixing solution sprayed by a first nozzle and the amount of a fixing solution sprayed by a second nozzle. A fixing device 9 is provided with a nozzle unit 9A. The nozzle unit 9A sprays a fixing solution on a sheet S whereon a toner image is formed. The nozzle unit 9A is provided with a housing 21, a nozzle electrode 23, and a plurality of nozzles 22. The plurality of nozzles 22 is provided with a first nozzle 22A and a second nozzle 22B located away from the first nozzle 22A in a first direction; the nozzle electrode 23 is located in the housing 21. The nozzle electrode 23 extends in the first direction. The length L1 of the nozzle electrode 23 in the first direction is greater than the distance between the first nozzle 22A and the second nozzle 22B in the first direction.
