Abstract:

The present invention provides a flame retardant agent composition having excellent flame retardancy and processability, and also provides a flame-retardant synthetic resin composition containing the flame retardant agent composition and having excellent flame retardancy and processability. Specifically, the following components are used in combination: 20 to 50 parts by mass of a component (A) that is at least one melamine salt selected from the group consisting of melamine orthophosphate, melamine pyrophosphate and melamine polyphosphate; 50 to 80 parts by mass of a component (B) that is at least one piperazine salt selected from the group consisting of piperazine orthophosphate, piperazine pyrophosphate and piperazine polyphosphate (wherein the total amount of the components (A) and (B) is 100 parts by mass); and 0.01 to 20.0 parts by mass of a component (C) that is a bicyclophosphoric acid ester compound represented by general formula (1).
