Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/255255
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a flame-retardant fabric containing acrylic fibers and cellulose fibers. The cellulose fibers are one or more selected from the group consisting of recycled cellulose fibers and natural cellulose fibers. The amount of the acrylic fibers and the amount of the cellulose fibers contained in the flame-retardant fabric are 65-90 wt% and 10-35 wt%, respectively, with respect to the entire weight of the fabric. The acrylic fibers include a magnesium compound inside the respective fibers. The flame-retardant fabric contains 2.5-4.5 wt% of a magnesium compound. The after-flame time is at most 2 seconds and the after-glow time is at most 2 seconds as measured by an ignition test based on ISO 15025:2000.
