Abstract:
A flattening device for a flexible coiled material, comprising a base (1), a feeding roller (2), a housing (3), a sliding beam (4), cushioning members (5), guide wheels (6), a sliding device (7), a conveying belt (8), and a pressing device (9). The base (1) is in contact with the ground; the feeding roller (2) is rotatably connected at the end of the base (1) away from the ground; supporting columns are provided on the base (1), and the housing (3) is connected at the ends of the supporting columns away from the base (1); the sliding beam (4) is connected to the side surfaces of the interior of the housing (3); the cushioning members (5) are connected to the side surface of the sliding beam (4); and one guide wheel (6) is connected to the bottom of the sliding beam (4). The present device is simple in structure and easy and convenient to operate, and can effectively flatten curved flexible coiled materials; the coiled materials can be prevented from deviating in a flattening process by means of the guide wheels (6) and the pressing device (9); the efficiency of flattening can be improved by means of the conveying belt (8); by means of the sliding device (7), the device can be effectively compatible with coiled materials of different widths, and the fixed effect is effectively improved; and the pressing device (9) is provided with a group of transverse rolling wheels and a group of longitudinal rolling wheels, so that tilting can be effectively prevented.
