Abstract:
A flexible composite fabric production apparatus, comprising a base (1), a support platform (2), a guide rail (3), a roller slot (4), a console (5), a sliding member (6), a connecting crossbeam (7), a drawing apparatus (8), a manual control rod (9), and a power apparatus (10). The base (1) is connected to the ground; the end of the base (1) away from the ground is connected to the support platform (2); a side surface of the support platform (2) is connected to the guide rail (3); the top of the guide rail (3) is slidably connected to the sliding member (6); a side surface of the sliding member (6) is connected to the connecting crossbeam (7); and the end of the connecting crossbeam (7) away from the sliding member (6) is connected to a side surface of the console (5). The production apparatus is simple in structure and easy to operate, and can effectively fix a flexible fabric; the flexible fabric can be tensioned on the support platform by means of sliding apparatuses (13, 20), thereby facilitating drawing of the drawing apparatus; extension lengths can be effectively and precisely controlled by means of a distance sensor (18) and display apparatuses (19, 24); by ensuring the consistency of horizontal and vertical extension lengths, it is ensured that a drawing pattern is not deformed after rebound; and the ink solidification speed can be effectively accelerated by means of an air blower (25) and a heating apparatus (26).
