Abstract:
Disclosed are a flexible base substrate, and a flexible display panel and a manufacturing method thereof. In the invention, a flexible display panel using a composite base structure consisting of a first polyimide layer, a moisture and oxygen barrier layer, a protection layer and a second polyimide layer exhibits favorable moisture and oxygen blocking performance. The above arrangement can maximally reduce a probability of the ingress of moisture and oxygen into a flexible base substrate, thereby extending service life of a flexible display panel.
