Abstract:
A flexible contactor, according to the present invention, electrically connects a pad of a test subject and a pad of a test device to one another, and is characterized by comprising: first elastic parts comprising first conductive particles and formed so as to be elastically deformable; and second elastic parts, connected with the first elastic parts in a line in the lengthwise direction, comprising second conductive particles and formed so as to be elastically deformable, the first elastic parts and the second elastic parts differing in terms of at least one physical property among hardness, elasticity and resistivity.
