Abstract:
A flexible D-type communication power source dedicated cable, comprising in sequence from inside to outside a cable core (1), a shielding layer (2) and a sheath layer (3), the cable core (1) comprising a helically twisted elastic plate (11), two pressed "D"-shaped copper conductors (12), and an insulating layer (13) covering the outer side of the pressed "D"-shaped copper conductors (12), the straight edges of the two pressed "D"-shaped copper conductors (12) respectively being closely attached to two side edges of the elastic plate (11) to extend helically. When the cable is subjected to pressure, as the cross-sectional length of the elastic plate (11) is greater than the diameter of the "D"-shaped copper conductors (12), the external pressure is first applied to the elastic plate (11) so that the degree of distortion of the elastic plate (11) at the stress position of the elastic plate (11) is increased; the distortion of the elastic plate (11) itself relieves some of the pressure and, when the degree of distortion of the elastic plate (11) increases, the degree of "twisting" of the two "D"-shaped copper conductors (12) also increases, such that the pressure acts on the direction of length of the "D"-shaped copper conductors (12), preventing the external pressure from directly acting on the cross section of the "D"-shaped copper conductor (12) and causing the "D"-shaped copper conductor (12) to break.
