Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of inner and outer hydraulic fluorine-lined pipes. Disclosed is an isobaric molding process for inner and outer hydraulic fluorine-lined pipes. The isobaric molding process for inner and outer hydraulic fluorine-lined pipes comprises an isobaric molding mechanism used for extruding fluorine-lined pipes, an extrusion and ash-cleaning mechanism used for extruding and cleaning ash, a thermal expansion and cold contraction mechanism used for extrusion on the basis of thermal expansion and cold contraction, and an extrusion and inflation mechanism used for extruding and inflating, wherein the interior of the isobaric molding mechanism is provided with an extruder, and the outside of the extruder is provided with the extrusion and ash-cleaning mechanism. In the isobaric molding process for inner and outer hydraulic fluorine-lined pipes, once air inside a molding block is compressed, the air heats up so that mercury between an inner extrusion chamber and an outer extrusion chamber heats up. The mercury will thermally expand once heated, and the bulging of the inner extrusion chamber may ensure that a fluorine-lined material falling in a pipeline is lifted up. When a rubber block extrudes an air bag chamber on the left side of the molding block, an inflation ring and an inflation pipe are inflated and bulge.
