A flexible display substrate, a manufacturing method therefor and a display device. The flexible display substrate comprises a flexible substrate and a display function layer. The display function layer comprises a first metal layer and a second metal layer; and the flexible display substrate comprises a display area (S1) and a peripheral area, wherein the peripheral area comprises a bending area (S3) extending from the display area (S1) to a first direction, a first wiring area (S2) located between the display area (S1) and the bending area (S3), and a second wiring area (S4) located on the side of the bending area (S3) away from the display area (S1). Signal wires of the first wiring area (S2) and the second wiring area (S4) are separated, the signal wire of the first wiring area (S2) and a second signal wire of the second wiring area (S4) are electrically connected by means of a signal connecting wire of the bending area (S3), and the signal connecting wire uses the first metal layer and/or the second metal layer. The flexible display substrate can reduce the number of times of patterning processes for manufacturing the flexible display substrate, and reduce the manufacturing time and manufacturing cost of the flexible display substrate.
