Abstract:
The present invention provides a flexible gear reducing transmission structure, comprising a first gear and a second gear being meshed with each other. The first gear comprises a first body, and a first outer toothed ring and a first outer toothed ring slot being circumferentially disposed on an edge of the first body. The second gear comprises a second body, and a second outer toothed ring and a second outer toothed ring slot being circumferentially disposed on an edge of the second body. A first air cavity structure is disposed near the first outer toothed ring in a circumferential direction on a surface of the first body, and comprises a plurality of discontinuous first air cavities. When the second gear meshes with the first gear, the second outer toothed ring correspondingly meshes with the first outer toothed ring slot and applies pressure to the first air cavity structure. The flexible gear transmission reducing structure of the present invention enables the first gear and the second gear to apply constant, stable pressure when the first gear and the second gear mesh with each other, thereby ensuring smooth and accurate gear transmission, as well as precise transmission and service life of the gear.
