Abstract:
The invention discloses a mechanical arm with a flexible gear structure. The mechanical arm comprises the following sequentially connected components: a moving mechanism, a swinging mechanism, a rotating mechanism, and a mechanical arm. A movable base is provided with a first input gear and a first output gear that mesh with each other, and a first motor for rotating the first input gear. The first output gear is fixedly connected to a swinging frame. The swinging frame is provided with a second input gear and a second output gear that mesh with each other, and a second motor for rotating the second input gear. The second output gear is fixedly connected to the rotating mechanism. An air cavity structure is respectively provided in a circumferential direction on a surface of the first output gear and a surface of the second output gear. When the first input gear rotates and meshes with the first output gear, pressure is applied to the air cavity structure on the first output gear. When the second input gear rotates and meshes with the second output gear, pressure is applied to the air cavity structure on the second output gear.
