Abstract:
A flexible mirror film of a sunlight reflector, having a composite structure of multilayer thin film material; the mirror film comprises a transparent flexible inorganic material carrier thin film (1), a metal material reflective thin film (2), a metal material protective thin film (3), a pressure-sensitive adhesive thin film (4) and a pressure-sensitive adhesive release protecting thin film (5) sequentially in a sunlight incident direction, the transparent flexible inorganic material carrier thin film (1) being ultrathin flexible glass thin film or graphene transparent thin film. A sunlight reflector made of the mirror film has high transmittance, good anti-ultraviolet radiation performance and weathers well, and is flexible, ultrathin and light, and is easy to manufacture and install, convenient to transport, and has working stability, and a long service life. In addition, after the surface of the transparent flexible inorganic material is coated with nanometer hydrophobic paint (6) or anti-ultraviolet self-cleaning protective thin film (7), the sunlight reflector used outdoors has a self-cleaning function, is oil resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and ultraviolet resistant, does not collect dust and is easy to clean.
