Abstract:
The present invention provides a flexible OLED display panel. The flexible OLED display panel comprises a first polyimide layer, a blocking layer and a second polyimide layer that are sequentially disposed in a stacked manner, and a thin-film transistor structure and an organic light-emitting diode structure that are sequentially disposed on the second polyimide layer. The material of the blocking layer comprises at least one of silicon dioxide and silicon nitride. In the present invention, the flexible substrate is configured as the upper polyimide layer and the lower polyimide layer, and the blocking layer is additionally disposed between the two polyimide layers, and water, oxygen and the like can be effectively prevented from entering into a device through the flexible polyimide substrate, accordingly, the thin-film transistor structure and the organic light-emitting diode structure are protected, and the service life of the OLED display panel is prolonged. The present invention also provides a preparation method for the flexible OLED display panel.
