Abstract:
The present invention is suitable for use in the technical field of sound intensity sensors; disclosed are a flexible polymer thin film which can be used for sound intensity measurement, and a method for manufacture thereof. The flexible polymer thin film comprises electrically conductive powder and a polydimethylsiloxane film matrix; the electrically conductive powder is dispersed in the polydimethylsiloxane film substrate. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: preparing an electrically conductive powder, a polydimethylsiloxane prepolymer, and a polydimethylsiloxane curing agent; pretreating the electrically conductive powder and then adding it to the polydimethylsiloxane prepolymer and mixing evenly to obtain a uniform mixture; adding the polydimethylsiloxane curing agent to the uniform mixture and mixing well to obtain an object to be cured; evenly spreading the object to be cured to a set thickness and curing to obtain a flexible polymer thin film. In the flexible polymer thin film, provided by the present invention, which can be used for sound intensity measurement and method for manufacture thereof, the flexible polymer thin film can be bent, twisted, and stretched, can be attached in any shape to other surfaces, has good conformality, and the manufacturing method is simple and fast, and manufacturing costs are low.
