Abstract:
According to one aspect of the present invention, a flexible solar cell and a solar module are provided. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention comprises: a flexible substrate; a back electrode layer which is arranged on the flexible substrate, and which comprises a transparent electrode layer made of a transparent conductive oxide (TCO), and a metal interlayer provided on the transparent electrode layer; a buffer layer provided on a chalcogenide light-absorbing layer; and a front electrode layer provided on the buffer layer, wherein the thickness of the transparent electrode layer is greater than 100 nm and less than 1,000 nm.
