Abstract:
Provided is a wearable support apparatus for the human body, which is wearable like clothing made of a soft material and can firmly support the spine of a patient having senile osteoporosis without strongly pressing the sagging skin of the patient. To this end, the wearable support apparatus for the human body according to the present invention comprises: a garment worn on the patient's upper body and having a support plate pocket formed at a portion corresponding to the patient's spine; a spine support plate inserted into the support plate pocket and formed to have the curved shape of a correct spine, thereby supporting the patient's spine; a pressing plate disposed at the outer surface of the support plate pocket and pressing a part of the spine support plate by a predetermined pressing force; and a pressing belt coupled to the garment and providing the predetermined pressing force to the pressing plate, wherein the pressing plate is coupled to the outer surface of the support plate pocket to be position-adjustable upward or downward.
