Abstract:
A floor washer-based intelligent cleaning system, comprising: a dust box (20), a dirty water pump (70) and a water quality detection module (10), wherein a cleaning roller brush (30) is provided on one side of the dust box (20); the cleaning roller brush (30) may collect dirt and dirty water and deliver same to the dust box (20) via a scraper; a clean water nozzle (40) is provided above the cleaning roller brush (30); the clean water nozzle (40) may evenly spray clean water in a clean water tank (2) in a combined water tank (100) on the outer surface of the cleaning roller brush (30) by means of a clean water pipe (80) and a clean water pump (60); the dirty water pump (70) delivers the dirty water in the dust box (20) to a dirty water tank (1) in the combined water tank (100) by means of a dirty water pipe (90); and the water quality detection module (10) is used to detect a resistance value of the dirty water, and transmit an obtained resistance value signal of the dirty water to a controller (50) for processing, and the controller (50) determines working states of the cleaning roller brush (30) and the clean water pump (60) according to corresponding processing results. The floor washer-based intelligent cleaning system has a high degree of intelligence, may promptly sense dirty water quality conditions and adjust the working states of the cleaning roller brush (30) and the clean water pump (60) accordingly, has a good cleaning effect, and saves energy.
