Abstract:
Bio-related substances such as cells and bacteria are all positioned singly and independently. This flow cell has a flow path, and an inlet and an outlet connected to the flow path, the flow cell being used in the analysis of bio-related substances, wherein a capture structure for capturing the bio-related substances is provided in the flow path, and the capture structure forms a dead water zone and captures the bio-related substances in the dead water zone.
