Abstract:
A gasket sandwiched between a flow cell and a joint member has, on a main surface, an entry connection for connecting an entry hole in the flow cell and an entry flowpath in the joint member, and an exit connection hole for connecting an exit hole in the flow cell and an exit flowpath in the joint member. Furthermore, a deformation absorption structure for absorbing deformation of the gasket is provided between the entry connection hole and the exit connection hole in the main surface of the gasket.
